1. We accept all returns within 30 days from the date of purchase (transit times are not included in this time frame).
2.You must notify us when returning your items and complete a Returns Form and also a Commercial Invoice (if you are outside the UK). You can download a returns form here. Without a completed returns form, we may not be able to fulfil your return request.
3. All items must be carefully packaged, unworn, unwashed and clean. Items showing ANY signs of wear will not be accepted and will be returned back to you without a refund. Any items covered in animal or human hair will not be accepted and returned back to you without a refund.
4. Any items bought in a sale or through any offer can either be returned for a refund or exchanged for a similar sale item.
5. All returned parcels are the customers responsibility until we receive and acknowledged the parcel into our warehouse.

We strongly advise that you return your items via a tracked/recorded method so that you can track its whereabouts should there be a delay. We can only refund items which we receive. We cannot be responsible for lost items.
8. Some countries may be subject to additional custom & import fees which may vary. Thomas & More- has no control over these charges. Please note, any customs fees, duties fee, and other applicable charges incurred on international shipping will be non-refundable and is the customers sole responsibility.
1. To exchange your items, fill out the return form enclosed within your parcel and post it back to us within 30 days from the date of purchase. On the form make sure you tick the exchange box and list the items you would like. 2. If your return is received without a completed form (indicating an exchange), all items will be refunded automatically. 3. If you’re exchanging your item for something more expensive, you will need to contact us and we will invoice you for the difference. Alternatively you can return your item for a full refund and place a new order.

1. Refunds are processed within 3-5 working days of receiving returned items. Please note a refund may take up to 10 working days in some cases due to the varying processing times between cards issuers and banks. Thomas &More- has no control over these varying time frames.
2. Once we receive your return, we will process it and send you confirmation. Refunds are calculated at the original price minus the cost of shipping. If you purchased your items with free shipping or any other discounted postage offer, the original postage cost paid to send the item(s) will not be refunded. Please note the rate of UK (Mainland) postage is £3.95 and £10.00 for worldwide orders.
How long will my order take to be delivered? It can take our warehouse staff up to 5 business days to process and ship orders.
You will receive your order details by e-mail after placing your order. You can also review your order and returns within "My Account" on the website.
Can I cancel my order? We cannot cancel orders once payment has been made. If you wish, you can return your items to us when you receive them and a refund will be issued.
