We accept all returns within 30 days from the date of purchase (transit times are not included in this time frame).
You must notify us before returning your items and complete a Returns Form and also a Customs Note if you are outside the UK. You can download a the forms here. Without a completed return form we may not be able to fulfil your return request.
All items must be carefully packaged, and unworn. Items showing signs of wear will not be accepted and will be returned back to you. Any items covered in animal or human hair will not be accepted and returned back to you.
If you've asked for an item which is more expensive than your return, the item will be refunded and you'll need to place a new order online.
Any items bought in a sale or through any other offer can either be returned for a refund or exchange for a similar item.
All returned parcels are the customers’ responsibility until we receive and acknowledged the parcel into our warehouse.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. We strongly advise that you return your items via a tracked/recorded method so that you can track its whereabouts should there be a delay. We can only refund items which are returned to us.
How long will my order take to be delivered?
It can take our warehouse staff up to 5 business days to process, pack and ship out orders.
You will receive your order details by e-mail after placing your order. You can also review your order and returns details within your "My Account" area.
How do I return or exchange my items?
Follow the return instructions on the return/exchange form enclosed with your parcel and post it back to us fully completed with all your details within 30 days of the date of purchase.
If your return is received without a returns form, all items will be refunded.
